THE STATEMENT

The statement
of Federation of trade unions of workers of small and average enterprise of Ukraine

We oppose acceptances in the second reading by Verhovna Rada of Ukraine of the project of the Tax code presented by the Cabinet of ministers of Ukraine. We support requirements of the organizations which unite businessmen of small and average business, concerning the maintenance of the project of the Tax code.

On our belief, given project:

• destroys the simplified system of the taxation for legal bodies, considerably limits it for physical persons;
• increases tax loading by small average business and generates excessive pressure upon businessmen from tax administration;
• points a problem of shadow salaries.

In general the Tax code offered by the government, in case of its definitive acceptance, will destroy competitiveness of small and average business, and as consequence - in the country the quantity of workplaces will be reduced, unemployment will increase, pressure will amplify social.

We consider that acceptance and the future practice of application of the governmental Tax code will inevitably lead to deterioration of a social status of tens and hundreds thousand hired workers of the enterprises which nowadays work in system of the simplified taxation.
