The decision of the Cabinet of Ukraine "Some questions of application of the legislation on work by the physical person which uses hired work force" №1168

By the given decision it is established that the form of the labor contract between the worker and the physical person which uses hired work force (further - the physical person), affirms the Ministry of Labour and social policy. For registration of the labor contract the physical person submits to week term from the moment of an actual assumption of the worker to work to employment public service in a place of the dwelling the labor contract signed by the parties in triplicate, the certificate on the state registration of the physical person - the businessman, the inquiry of corresponding state tax inspection on assignment of identification number, a copy of such inquiry which have been given out to the worker, its work record card and are shown by the passport. The signature in the labor contract of the worker which wasn't present during its registration, is assured notarially. In case of rupture of the labor contract at the initiative of the physical person in the cases defined by the Code of laws on work of Ukraine, such person is obliged to inform in writing on the intention to the worker and in certain terms to carry out the calculations provided by the legislation. The worker has the right to appeal against against the decision of the physical person concerning its dismissal from work in an order established by the legislation.
